Faculty - starting spring 2025

I am interested in theoretical and computational astrophysics topics, and I am focused on high energy in astrophysics and mergers of compact objects, MHD turbulence, Dark Matter, and transient events. Much of my research focuses on fundamental aspects of compact binary mergers, fundamental physics of turbulence, and thermonuclear supernovae (SNe Ia). I am excited by the next generation of gravitational wave observations (LISA) and different aspects of time domain astronomy.
